Resurrection Church, Virar East, celebrated the feast of St John Mary Vianney, the Patron Saint of Priests, with deep faith, gratitude and enthusiastic participation from parishioners on Sunday, August 2. The day-long celebrations brought together priests, religious, youth, children and families in thanksgiving for the gift of the priesthood.  The celebration began with a solemn Eucharistic celebration at 8.00 a.m., which was prayerfully animated by the parish youth. 

On the auspicious occasion of the feast of St. John Mary Vianney, the patron saint of priests, the Resurrection Church Virar East celebrated a significant milestone with the inauguration of the DB Avsar Office on 2nd August 2026. Following the 8:00 AM Mass, the church community gathered to witness this momentous event, which aims to empower individuals in their career journeys.

A significant milestone in the journey of Resurrection Church Parish, Virar East, was marked on July 26, 2026 with the inauguration of the parish's official digital platforms during the 8 a.m. Holy Mass. The occasion, celebrated on the Feast of Saints Joachim and Anne, witnessed the launch of the parish website and its official social media platforms, ushering the parish into a new era of evangelization and communication.

On the morning of July 12, 2026, Resurrection Church in Virar East was filled with joy and excitement as the community gathered for the 8 a.m. Mass. This special day was dedicated to celebrating the hard work of students who had just completed their studies in Standard X and XII. The Saint Vincent de Paul Society (SVP) took this opportunity to honor these young achievers, making it a memorable occasion for everyone involved.
