• Parish Pastoral Council Meets  every first Sunday of the month after 08.00 am mass  to discuss coming months programme ( All Concerning to parish )

• To follow up the Sunday 08.00 am Mass Animation by Communities and cleaning of the church on Saturday .

• Family visits / Communication with Cluster leaders.

• To follow up and organize the Month of Rosary -  October -  Mother Mary statue going around to each and every family.

• To follow up the programmes planned at the Parish Pastoral Councils meetings.

• To participate in Diocese programmes.

• To organize and animate the Christmas Programme

• To organize and animate the Parish family Get- together  in the month of December or January 

• To participate and animate the Novenas of various Feast 

• To participate and conduct the Parish Census
